Mindy Andrews brings a wealth of knowledge to our customers having over eight years of experience with Proficient Health. She has worked with customers in all aspects including workflow analysis, configuration and end-user training. The last four years Mindy has been focused on working with our current customers. In her role, Mindy ensures all customer workflows compare with best practices, reviews options of current or custom interfaces with customers and helps our clients utilize Proficient Health to its maximum capacity organization-wide. While optimizing current customers’ use of Proficient, Mindy is also working with new organizations that are interested in utilizing and benefiting from Proficient Capture.
