We specialize in the creation of hosted communication solutions to improve the exchange of critical information between physicians, hospitals and payers. Our flagship product, Proficient Orders, was developed to automate the receipt of physicians’ orders, eliminating paper-based faxes, without requiring the physician’s practice to change their current process of faxing or phoning orders in to the hospital or outpatient center. Our second product, Proficient Exchange is a web based solution designed specifically for the workflow demands of health insurance plans and state Medicaid providers. Exchange allows for the electronic exchange of reviews, forms, and medical record request streamlining the process and creating accountability and security around all communications.
