Effective July 2017, Chris Craigie has joined the Proficient Health team. As the Senior Customer Support Analyst, Chris is responsible for supporting Proficient Health customers with technical needs, providing strategies to improve the Proficient experience to our users and ensuring providers and staff can provide the most effective care to their patients when using Proficient.
Chris brings over 12 years of healthcare industry experience to his new role at Proficient Health. He is well versed and familiar with roles in reimbursement, patient case management, provider and patient portal support and clinical call center management. Chris’ focus, previously and currently, is on providing exceptional customer support.
Chris is a graduate of UNC Greensboro with a degree in Sports Medicine. His interests include attending concerts, traveling and playing softball. We are excited to have Chris on the Proficient Health team!
